Shipping Policy

We strive to be one the fastest shippers possible!

As such, we ship very quickly after receiving your order. 

If your order is received before 1pm Eastern Time, it is usually shipped the same day!  After 1pm, it will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise noted on individual items. 

Drop-Shipped Items 

Drop-shipped item such as large format printers may take an additional day or two to process because they are drop-shipped directly for the manufacturer.  

Canceling an Order 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and have your order id available.

If the order has already shipped, and is inside the Continental US, we can initiate a delivery intercept with UPS.  You will be refunded your money minus shipping costs and minus a $10 UPS delivery intercept fee.

Address of an Order

We only ship to the address that Amazon.com provides.

Inside the Continental US, we ship UPS Ground so that we can keep you, our valued customer, up-to-date with the current status of your packages. 

To the rest of the world, we ship USPS Priority International* or UPS Worldwide Expedited.

*Please note, that we cannot track USPS packages once they leaves the United States.
