Item must be returned within 2 weeks of date of delivery. There is no return fee if the item is defective. If your item is found defective after the initial 2 week period, please contact the manufacturer for information on repair or replacement under their warranty.
If you want to return an item that is NOT defective, it must be returned NEW in BOX. We do not accept open or used items back (unless defective) and we charge a 20% restocking fee (subtracted from your refund) Shipping costs are NOT refunded when an item is returned except when there was an error on our part.

Mistakes do happen, very rarely, but we want to let you know that should we ship you the wrong item or wrong color, please contact us immediately at (703) 430-3333 so that we can arrange to get you the right item or color as fast as possible. We will work hard to correct the error to ensure that you are satisfied.
