Intuitfocus Hf-f1 Hands-free Follow Focus System

The Intuitfocus HF-IF1 Hands-free Follow Focus System is an electro-mechanical follow focus system that allows smooth and shake-free focus or zooming of lenses. By attaching the IF electric motor belt drive lens unit to a lens and the IF focus control unit near to your grip, you can adjust focusing with a finger or thumb, without touching the lens. Compatible with all DSLR cameras with lenses from 14mm to 600mm focal lengths, and broadcast video cameras, the system allows you to shoot professional-quality video as well as high-quality copy stand, macro and nature work. By transferring the input signal over cable, the HF-IF1 Hands-free Follow Focus System eliminates the risk of radio interference, time lapse or external signal disturbance. Equipped with 4 different rubber belt sizes, the follow focus system is compatible with lenses ranging from fisheye to large 600mm prime telephoto units. The belt drive system eliminates the need for additional tooth drive rings for individual lenses, and also allows you to change lenses quickly and easily. Precision focus is ensured by relatively larger surface contact of the belt drive in comparison to that of a lens focus ring. You can remotely control the Follow Focus system using an optional 19.68' (6m) cable that connects the IF focus control unit and the IF electromotor toothed belt drive lens unit. The optional cable allows you to use the HF-IF1 Follow Focus system with a camera in a crane-jib rig setup.
